Job Description
Craft Brewers Alliance, Inc., representing Widmer Brothers Brewing Company, Redhook Ale Brewery and Kona Brewing Co. has an immediate opening for a part time HR Generalist at the Redhook Ale Brewery in Woodinville, WA. This position is responsible for administering policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing the following duties.

Summary:
• Support the Company’s mission statement and corporate values.
• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
• Assist with recruiting processes; review resumes, complete pre-employment screenings, schedule interviews, follow up communications, etc.
• Assist in new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assists with all HR programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
• Assists with administration of benefits programs
• Assists in Employee Relations counseling and investigations and exit interviews
• Participates in HR staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
• Help process time and attendance records; employee leave requests.
• Assist with new hire paperwork and scan to corporate office.
• Generate reports as requested/ needed.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES/LICENSES, ETC.: PHR preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years Generalist experience utilizing the required skills and abilities; knowledge of principles and practices of HR administration, effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
