Widmer Brothers Beer Cheese
4 lbs. grated cheese (use a blend of 75% cheddar, 25% cheese of your choice.) 3/4 lbs. cream cheese 1/2 medium onion 2 oz. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup dry mustard 1 tbsp. salt, kosher 2 1/2 cups Widmer Brothers Hefeweizen 2 oz. bleu cheese crumbled
Add cheeses, onion, Worchestershire, mustard and salt together in a mixing bowl. Blend together completely using a paddle. While mixer is still running, slowly add beer until it is entirely incorported.
